Registration and selection
- Registering expresses interest in attending; it does not guarantee a place. The organising team reviews every registration against the published criteria and notifies applicants by email.
- Registration closes on [DEADLINE]. Late registrations may not be considered.
- Places are personal and cannot be transferred without the organisers’ agreement.

Travel, accommodation and costs
Participants arrange and pay for their own transport, accommodation, visas and incidental expenses. The organisers provide the venue, the programme and the lunch break scheduled each day.
Programme changes
The programme is a draft. Speakers are proposed until confirmed, and sessions, times and venues may change. The organisers may cancel or postpone the Forum for reasons beyond their control and will inform registered participants as early as possible.
No investment or financing commitments
The Forum offers learning, networking and exposure. It does not include formal investor pitching, buyer matchmaking or guaranteed financing, and nothing said in a session constitutes an offer, advice or a commitment by the organisers or partners.
Exhibition and marketplace
Exhibition space is limited and allocated by the organisers. Exhibitors are responsible for their own goods, set-up and sales, and must hold the rights to anything they display or sell.
Conduct
The Forum is a professional space open to people of all backgrounds. Harassment, discrimination or disruptive behaviour is not tolerated, and the organisers may ask anyone who breaches this to leave. Participants are responsible for their belongings.
Photography, recording and content
Sessions and showcases are photographed and may be recorded or streamed for the Forum report and communications. By attending you accept that you may appear in this material. If you prefer not to be photographed, tell the registration desk and you will receive a lanyard that signals this to photographers. Presenters keep the rights to their own material and grant the organisers permission to share it in the Forum report unless they say otherwise.
